Yes, we can set up both indoors and outdoors. However, if weather conditions make it unsafe for food hygiene and no indoor alternative is available, service may be cancelled.

All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your event. This allows our team enough time to prepare your event.

Yes, rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund. To provide the freshest experience possible, we source all ingredients and perishables specifically for each event. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time.

We require a flat, stable area of at least 1 meter x 2 meters, and our team needs access to the setup area at least 30 minutes before the service start time.

No, we do not require access to electricity or water. Our bar is completely self-contained.

We operate from a cloud kitchen in Al Qouz.

Our team is available every day, Monday to Sunday, from 9AM to 5PM for inquiries, bookings, and support.

We offer our services seven days a week, from Monday through Sunday. Our standard operating hours are 10 AM to 10 PM.

Our bar handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. While we follow strict food safety protocols, the open-air nature of a live bar means we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
